Terms and Conditions:
- This is a hybrid course. You can attend virtually or in-person.
- Entry requirements. Entry requirements are a Matric or NQF Level 4 qualification. Entry requirements make provision for recognition of prior learning (RPL) where no formal qualification is in place.
- Class times. All classes, virtual or in-person, begin promtly at 08h30 and usually conclude at 16h30.
- This includes all facilitation, learner materials, and POE assessment (where applicable). Your seat will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment – please ensure payment no later than 1 week prior to the first day of the scheduled training. If you cancel less than one week before the course, you will still be liable for the total cost of course, however you can re-book on a course date more suitable to you provided it is within 12 months of the origial booking. If you cancel more than 1 week before the course, we will refund you 50% of the invoice amount paid.
